Lost access

Can't sign in.

The platform doesn't send password-reset emails directly. There are two ways back in:

  1. If your organisation uses single sign-on (Google, Microsoft, Okta), use the SSO button on the sign-in page. Your provider handles password resets.
  2. Otherwise, ask an admin in your organisation to issue a fresh invitation from /admin/users. Following the invitation link lets you set a new password.
